Resistive Coating For Ceramic's
Elcon is a leader in resistive coatings for ceramics and other material. The base coating material is TiCrO3; the coating resistance can be adjusted over a broad range from megaohms to teraohms to suit the customer's requirements.
Applications include high voltage ceramic tubes where controlled charge dissipation is needed, impedance adjustment in ceramics because of frequency considerations, or anti-multi-pactoring coatings. The applications are generally for photon machines, neutron generators, other linacs, x-ray tubes, klystrons, etc.
The resistive coating may be applied to parts up to 12 inches in diameter and 14 inches in length.
